Vostok Real Estate office fit-out in Dubai

The brief:

The customer — the real estate agency Vostok Real Estate — approached us with a request to fit out their office on a turnkey basis in a business centre in Dubai. The brief was to fit a client-facing area and a sales team workspace onto a single floor and to finish before the office opening.

Work completed:

• Requirements: A single design language: veneered panels, warm lighting, herringbone flooring.
• A reception desk in the corporate identity with a backlit logo.
• Soundproofed glass partitions for the meeting room and private offices.
• A meeting room for 8 people with a TV panel and display cabinets for awards.
• An open space with workstations and desk dividers.
• A kitchenette with built-in appliances and a lounge area for the staff.
• Concealed power and low-voltage wiring with floor boxes.
• Full compliance with the customer’s corporate colors.
• What was done: we prepared the working documentation, approved the project with the building management company, carried out the demolition and built the partitions, installed the engineering systems and lighting, produced the furniture and the reception desk at our own workshop, laid the flooring and handed over the site after the final cleaning.

The result:

The office was delivered on time and fully ready for work — reception, meeting room, executive offices, open space and a lounge area on a single floor. The customer got a space that supports the company’s image and earns client trust from the very first seconds.
