A complete townhouse renovation in Emaar South, from demolition to the last light fitting: two bathrooms retiled in large-format porcelain with new sanitaryware, painted walls, new skirting and vinyl flooring, and new chandeliers and appliances.
The brief:
The owners of a townhouse in Emaar South wanted the home brought up to date in one go, without coordinating separate trades. We took on the whole cycle, from stripping out the old finishes to installing the final light fittings.
Work completed:
- Removed the old tiles in two bathrooms and laid large-format porcelain tiles.
- Installed new washbasins, toilets, mixers and the related fittings.
- Painted the walls, fitted new skirting boards and laid vinyl flooring.
- Installed chandeliers and electrical appliances.
The result:
The townhouse was handed over ready to live in: updated bathrooms, fresh walls and floors and new lighting, delivered by one team from demolition to the last fitting.
