Turnkey villa renovation in Dubai

The brief:

The client approached us for a turnkey renovation of their villa in Dubai. The brief was a bright, warm contemporary interior with natural wood textures, consistent throughout the home — living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and staircase — completed on schedule and in line with community regulations.

Work completed:

• Requirements: A single design language: wood-effect wall panels, light stone and warm lighting.
• TV walls in the living room and bedrooms with marble-effect panels and concealed LED lighting.
• Multi-level ceilings with cove lighting and integrated AC diffusers.
• A kitchen with an island, built-in appliances and marble-effect worktops.
• Bathrooms in large-format marble-effect porcelain with wall-hung sanitaryware and glass shower screens.
• Built-in sliding wardrobes with mirrored doors and well-planned storage.
• A wood-clad staircase with integrated lighting.
• What was done: we agreed all materials and colour schemes with the client, installed the ceilings and lighting, finished the walls and floors, fitted the wall panels, kitchen and built-in furniture, completed the bathrooms and staircase, and handed over the villa after a final clean. A dedicated project manager sent the client daily photo and video updates on progress.

The result:

The villa now has a cohesive, bright and cosy interior — natural textures, soft light, marble-style bathrooms and practical storage in every room. The project was delivered on time, and all works are covered by a 2-year warranty.
