Roof waterproofing and garage works at a Dubai Hills villa: a waterproofed roof protected with tiles against mechanical damage, a new plasterboard garage ceiling, electrical works and painting.
The brief:
At this Dubai Hills villa the priority was protecting the roof from leaks and damage, together with putting the garage in order. The aim was long-term protection, not cosmetics.
Work completed:
- Painted the garage and replaced its plasterboard ceiling.
- Carried out electrical works.
- Waterproofed the roof.
- Laid tiles on the roof to protect the waterproofing from mechanical damage.
The result:
A roof protected against leaks and wear, and a refreshed garage with a new ceiling and updated electrics.
