Project 22 / 28
Balcony extension and mini gym in Dubai Hills
A balcony joined to the living space and turned into a mini gym in Dubai Hills, with glazed screens installed and the work permit obtained by our team.
The brief:
The owners in Dubai Hills wanted more usable indoor space: their balcony joined to the home as a mini gym. Changes like this need approval, so we handled the permit as well as the works.
Work completed:
- Joined the balcony to the living space.
- Installed glazed screens.
- Obtained the permit for the works.
The result:
Extra indoor space used as a mini gym, completed with the necessary approval.
